About

Danielle Barbaro

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am here to partner with you in achieveing your mental health goals.

I started my journey in healthcare in 2001 when I received my RN degree. I spent 18 years working as an RN in critical care and leadership. I recevied my Masters degree in Nursing in 2017 and became a Certified Nurse Practioner in Family Practice working in a rural community. While in Family Practice, I realized there was a need for mental health services and I could do more to help my patients. I returned to school and graduated in 2022, becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner.

I enjoy helping people become who they want to be. I achieve this by partnering with my patients and listening to what they need. I believe in the power of kindness.

When I'm not at work I am a mother of 2 boys.  My husband and I also have 3 rescue dogs and a rescue cat.  In my free time I enjoy running.
